- Had a clean, cozy room. Staff offered to help carry up luggage. Tiny bathroom, though clean and adequate. Short walk to guangzhou friendship store. Very good breakfast in the basement breakfast room for small charge. Very good food and service at breakfast. Great value.

- Conveniently located hotel with many good restaurants and shopping malls in vicinity. In many ways a very cozy hotel but it lacked any special finesse. The biggest minus was definitely the hard beds
