- Was upgraded to a room with window, a little noisy during Friday night, breakfast was good, and shuttle service to fair was excellent.

- The hotel was clean and well located. However, the staff's English needs improve. It is about 40 mins away from the airport and right next to the metro

- We stayed in the 12th floor Duplex Suite. Fabulous loft suite. The room is clean and doesn't have a smoke residue smell (very hard to find in China hotels).
We are a bit wary because there is a 3 floor night club below our suite. All is well though because we didn't hear any noise and the guest floor is only accessible by your own hotel card. Guest on the 5th floor can't get in the 12th floor with their card and vice versa.
Bed is hard (for international standard), pillow and comforter are great. Towels are clean. All necessities are included - hair dryer, kettle, condiments.
Breakfast is okay - just to fill your tummy.
Staff's English needs improvement.
PERKS: There is a table set up of free water, juices, and nuts, each time we come back from Canton Fair. The free river cruise is good too.
Taxi fare from hotel to river cruise is approximately RMB30-40. Taxi from hotel to airport is approximately RMB130-160.
Hope this review will help. We also highly recommend HRC. Service was efficient and prompt - from e-mails to airport pickup.

- Stayed 5 nigghts here for April Canton Fair. Have a better opinion then my stay here last time. Excellent location in Tianhe, 5 mins walk from Metro. Great shuttle bus service to fair everyday. Decent breakfast buffet and the orange juice wasn´t so watered down this time! Can be hard to get a table at busy periods for breakfast. Stayed in executive room which is a lot bigger than regular room and not much more expensive, very clean and comfortable. Complimentary english newspaper, fruit and drinks everyday left in room. Staff very friendly if English can be a bit limited
