- Nice people and nice service, but our biggest complaint was the air conditioning - it was almost non-existent. south china in July and limited air conditioning are not a good combination, so we changed to another room.

- There is mcdonalds, kfc and pizza hut nearby. The hotel have free shuttle bus between hotel and Canton Fair.

- Location is very good. Quite environment though the hotel is located at the busy city center. Rooms are spacious and bright. A real 5-star hotel!

- Well-located hotel with excellent facilities. Decent buffet breakfast. Staff are very friendly, offering helpful service.

- Some difficulty to find the hotel entrance… but room equips are very good, bed comfortable. Staff are helpful. I really like it. many many shopping malls around, really cool.
