- stay here annually....very good service.....mcdonalds 50M away.....MTR outside the door....1st floor food street restaurant is excellent value...recommend getting a suite and executive lounge priviledges....its a nice upgrade....staff are well trained and english competent....only complaint is they need to shampoo and restretch the carpets every once in a while....love being able to get a starbucks coffee in the morning and not leave the hotel

- The lobby area was being renovated when we were last there in first week of may 2009. The rooms ( renovated) are large and nice and so are the bath rooms. The structure of the hotel is large and unappealing. Not many things to do within a walkable distance but the subway is below the hotel. Also, there is a 24 hr Mcdonalds next to the hotel.
The bus to Macau and some other cities can be taken from the hotel compound.

- The lobby is not good. very small, simple and crude. But the room is very good. It was been renovation.

- Stayed once in this hotel the room was very big, clean,with your own computer inside the room very convience for business people also location. i like this hotel.

- I almost booked elsewhere due to some of the reviews. The negative reviews may have been before the renovation as I had a great experience. The staf f was professional and courteous. I was upgraded to a Junior Suite which was a nice surprise. The room was large even by American standards. It was perfectly clean. I also arranged a car pickup at the airport through the concierge. The pickup was prompt and the concierge emailed 3 times to confirm and make sure my needs were met. I would happily stay there again. It is convenient to the metro and bus stations.
