It is very convient since the metro station is steps away. But often over booked during the canton fair. I had a confirmed internet booking one month in advance of the autumn Canton Fair in October. But by the time I walked in, they told me there was no room for me tonight but the room will be available for the 2nd night of my stay. They apologized many times that they were terribly sorry to have made such mistake, and then arranged another hotel for me in a hotel nearby. When I did check in for the next evening- the hotel sent my room some fruit and flowers for the inconvience. And the service is quite nice actually. I undertand in busy time like this, people may make mistakes. And I will keep an eye on this if I book the book next time.

1. I have stayed at the hotel at least ten times in the last few months. I am still greeted as a stranger. It would be nice to be treated as a regular returning client. 2. The bathroom in double rooms are stocked with single body wash, shampoo and conditioner. For two people it takes two. 3. Breakfast room staff is cordial and welcoming. Appreciated in the early morning. 4. Bell staff is helpful but could be more knowledgeable about locations and goings on in Guangzhou. More available publications on what is going on in Guangzhou would also be helpful
