Excellent location as it's only a few minutes walk to the Taojin metro station. Rooms are clean and comfortable. However, services need to be improved a bit. Check-in was always slow and last time it took 15-20 mins

Free and good in room Wifi. Everything ( bed, pillow, room size and cleaniness) up to its should be standard. Good location. Standard Cantonese dimsum, at similar prices, should cross the bridge to Garden hotel for better quality. But at its rate (~RMB530), very good value. Recommend.

There are many restaurants and shops close to the hotel. All the high end stores are in next to the hotel and it right next to my favorite restaurant in town (Sultan).

The hotel is clean, smart and efficient. Rooms are well presented and of a decent size although not huge. Meals are fine, with a good buffet selection of Chinese and international foods at all meals. The in-house Italian restaurant is also pretty good.
