The location was very good. There were a lot of clean restaurants nearby. Across the hotel was the bus terminal going to the airport so it was very convenient even if you're carrying a lot of baggage. Shopping is also a few minutes walk from the hotel. The room I got was a business room. It has a desktop computer so I was able to communicate to my office in the Philippines after attending the Canton Fair. I was very satisfied with my stay at Guangzhou Hotel. Definitely, I'll book the same hotel on my next trip to China on October. Comment for HRC: The HRC Representative (Sunny) was very helpful when I asked for assistance on my hotel booking. She gave me regular update on the status of my booking until my booking was confirmed. She was very polite and easy to understand because she could speak English very well.
