- The hotel has quite good facilities and services, excellent restaurant. Only pity is that the hotel is far from metro.

- Very stylish hotel, beautiful design. Best price value. Hotels staff are nice and very helpful. Decent breakfast. Bed very comfortable (most attractive to me!). next time surely will choose Carat again!

- One of the best newly opened hotel in Guangzhou. Heard the management is from Singapore and Spa also trained by Singapore Sentosa -Spa award winner. Overall price is reasonable and comfortable. Friendly staff, nice experoence. Looking forward for the luxury spa....very different spa concept from Singapore. Thumbs up!
