- Excellent location : 3 meters (yes, 3 meters !) from the Haizu Square metro station on line 2 makes this hotel very convenient for shopping in Beijing Road, visiting the Guangzhou must-see, or even going to TianHe which requires only 1 connection. Big rooms, pretty quiet even though we were just above the haizhu square traffic road. English speaking front desk with nice manager. The dimsum restaurant on the 3rd floor is not so bad

- Just catch shutlle bus line 5 from the air port. It takes 1 hr. to get the hotel. It is very conveneice. MRT station just in front of the hotel too. If you like to shopping, it will be your great choice. Many shopping shops just around the hotel.

- Given an upgrade because our Business rooms with river view was unavailable. The rooms with PCs were great! Next day, we were allowed to remain in the upgraded rooms even though the business rooms became available. The rooms were clean and well made up by the time we got back in the evenings.
The MTR station was on the right, just next to the hotel! so convenient. There is a shopping mall just opposite with a McD and other restaurants too.
The Concierge was friendly & helpful, giving us directions, taking care of our luggage and getting a cab for us. Our being able to communicate in Cantonese helped immensely.

- overall, the prices are relecting the room. the room and the bed are clean, the services are good but the bathroom are very old.
location wise, is excellent very close to all the hot spot, easy access to transportation (taxi buses & undergroung train services) which including airport express bus (right infront).

- Very convenient location for shopping at nearby sourcing/ shopping malls and good value for money. Rooms (bathroom) could have been cleaner.
