Called services were attended in just a few minutes. It's in a prestige area close to subway just around the corner. The checkin area is gorgeous...Everyting was just amazing!

It's very nice, the rooms are spacious and nicely furnished. The satf speaks good English and is very friendly. The hotel is located near by Taojin metro station (line 5), so it's very convenient and we can move trough the city using it. The surroundings of the hotel are also convenient, with lots of cafes and restaurants. I specially like the Vietnamese (in the back entrance street) - good food, very reasonable prices. The price is not cheap, of course, but overall it's worth it.

The hotel is so grand and the lobby is so beautiful. There's even a HSBC in the same complex to get cash as soon as you arrive! It's also just across the road from a 24hr Starbucks! The staff were so pleasant and helpful and the grounds around the hotel were lovely. We had a fabulous stay and would recommend.
