1. Due to the popularity of Potala Palace and restriction on visitor numbers, perhaps it has difficulty on booking entrance tickets, so the visit of Potala Palace may shift to another day. But don't worry, we will make appropriate changes accordingly. 
2. For the protection of this world-famous cultural heritage, the visiting time for Potala Palace is limited in 1 hour.

After have breakfast at hotel, you will be transferred to Gonggar Airport for the filght to Chengdu, you could have a rest during the flight. Then after 2 hour's fly, when you are landing in Chengdu, our Chengdu tour guide will pick you up at airport and send you to check-in, you are supposed to have a good rest before starting Chengdu tour.

After lunch, you will take a visit to the Wuhou Memorial Temple, which is built as a tribute to Zhuge Liang, the Martial Marquis of Shu during the Three Kingdoms Period. You may strool around the peaceful and attractive gardens, and visit several halls, including one dedicated to his memory and another to that of his emperor Liu Bei. Then you will learn more about China ancient culture.

Next we will explore local life at Kuai Zhai Lane. which is a local-featured street with ancient alleys. It fully represents the lifestyle of Chengdu - leisure, slow but modern. You can relax in the traditional atmosphere, enjoy your time in teahouses, curio shops and snack stands and experience local folk culture.

After breakfast, we will drive you to the spectacular Jade Dragon Snow Mountain, which is the largest snow mountain in the Northern Hemisphere.

Then carry on to Jade Water Village where you can visit the famed explorer Joseph Rock's former residence. Located at the base of the Jade Dragon Snow Mountain, Jade Water Village is a tranquil reminder of a former time.

Then visit the Jade Summit Lamasery, a famous Tibetan Temple with ancient forests clustering around . In its northern countyard you can enjoy the treasure of the temple - the giant Camellia Tree, which is more than 500 years old. Because its blossoming period lasts more than 100 days a year, and produces more than 20,000 flowers in 20 groups, it is renowned as "Ten-thousand-flower Camellia".

Afterwards catch a cable car  to the summit of the Yak Meadow, one of 13 peaks of the Jade Dragon Snow Mountain. The landscape rises and falls on the meadow. In spring and summer, you can find yaks with black and white skin wandering in grass and all kinds of flowers. In autumn and winter, you will wonder at the sharp contrast between the mild edge of the meadow and the peaks of the snow mountain. The view is unforgettable. Looking down at Ganhaizi and continuous mountains, you will find that the snow mountain is so close to you. Cool wind gently blows on your face. All the things here are so beautiful and peaceful.

After lunch you enjoy the famous movie director Zhang Yimou's musical show "Impression Lijiang". Tonight you will stay at the hotel in Lijiang.

In the morning, you will start an amazing China ancient town tour from the Square Street of Lijiang Ancient Town. As the center of the ancient town, the Square Street is a 6-Mu (about 1 acre) center square where four main streets radiate to four directions and are connected with each other by many narrow lanes. While walking through the old town, you will immediately get overwhelmed by small bridges, swift streams, cobbled streets and grey tiled roofs of the local houses. You could also visit the Mu Mansion which is famed as Forbidden City of Naxi people. Then you can ascent Wangu Tower on Small Lion Hill to enjoy vistas of breathtaking scenery over the rooftops of Lijiang and the great Jade Dragon Snow Mountain in the distance. When tour ends, you will be escorted to airport for leaving for Kunming, then be picked up to Kunming downtown hotel.

In the early morning we take you to visit the Yunnan Stone Forest, which is one of most remarkable natural phenomena of China. You will wonder at the innumerable bizarre-shaped ancient limestone cliffs and peaks, which is created by wind and water erosion some 270 million years ago.

End the Stone Forest sightseeing and you’re headed for the Hani Minority Villages where the creators of the rice terraces live. It’s another eye-opening experience. You’ll meet with the lovely mushroom houses Hani people build, colorful ethnic garment of Hani women, their favorite food and most interesting theirSaturday market that seems a showcase of their daily supplies and their clothing culture.

At last, you will be escorted to airport for leaving for Guilin, then be picked up to Guilin downtown hotel.

Let's set out from downtown Guilin in the morning. With 2 hours driving you would arrive at Longsheng, which is famous for the Dragon Backbone Rice Terraces. It is the most amazing terrace in China; layers of terraces swirl and climb up, from the river valley of torrent to the summit of Longji Mountain, presenting you a varied miracle in each season. Hike to the famous attraction of Ping’an Rice Terraces, The Moon in Company of Seven Stars. The spectacular scene is made up of 1 rice terrace fields and 7 smaller ones. Then walk around the village to visit families of Yao and Zhuang people. You can enjoy some dancing arts, come across the local customs of long hair combing, and also join in to experience their original life, tasting pure Longji tea and Longji wine. At last transfer back to the hotel at Guilin.

Who can ever miss Li River cruise since working out the plan of having a good view of the picturesque Guilin landscape? In the morning, you will cruise down to Yangshuo County from Guilin, into a moving stroll of Chinese ink painting on which there are towering array of Karst mountains, crystal-clear rivers and streams, shades of clouds and fogs, idyllic countryside life on both banks. The Li River sends you a glittering pearl, West Street of Yangshuo at the end of the cruise. You can hardly imagine the existence of such a perfect melting pot of traditional Chinese culture and Western character. Besides, the whole West Street is a shopper wonderland. Just go and have fun shopping there.

At night you will appreciate the fantastic show of Impression Liu Sanjie.

In the early morning of this day, you will go and hold the idyllic life and scenery in your arms through a Yangshuo cycling excursion. Perhaps you would wish to be one part of the beautiful painting of the countryside as you feast on the towering limestone hills, unpolluted streams and ponds, tranquil huts and lovely cattle. 

In the afternoon, you will return to Guilin for the flight to Shanghai.
